ABOUT. Unique pools ia an independent owned and operated business which together with affiliates has a staff compliment of 10 workers of composite specialty in swimming pool construction and mantanence diversities. COMPANY INFORMATION/SIGNATURES
In compliance with this soliciatation and to all the conditions articulated therein and hereby incorporated by reference, the undersigned offers and agrees to finish the services in accordance with and as mutually agreed upon on subsequent negotiations. PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to solicit and establish a cotract through competitive provision of par excellent and invaluable swimming pool services. CONTRACT PERIOD
Determinable by both parties as neccessitated by availablity of ussables and provisions. BACK GROUND
Unique pools timeously completed extensive designated domestic and industrial pool projects cognitive of recommendations , regulations, designs and sizes. SCOPE/SCHEME OF WORKS
Unique pools shall provide all testimonial references to approbate erstwhile engagements and documented proof of completed works prior to commencement of any contract. The client will then be at liberty to confirm with supplied references for verifications and an inspect of prevalent works. CONTRACT PARTICIPATION
It is incumbent and the intent of this solicitation and resulting contract to allow for utmost, symbiotic coworkmenship. Any resultant and agreement emanating theretofore shall and must be conveyed in wirtting. a) Unique Pools shall do regular scheduled swimming pool maintanance sernices. b) Shall provide all labour , tools , equipments, materials and incidentals required and or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance of duty
PLAN OF WORKS.
1) Chemically treat pool to maintain a sanitary condition, balancing of pool water and PH
2) Mantain effeciency of pool filters
3) Perform and record the required bacterilogical test according to regualations
4) Mantain a daily pool record with chemicals used, water tests and mantanance activities.
5) Vacuum the pool as per when neccessary.
6) Clean the pool guttering system.
7) Take immediate action to correct any condition that can be dangerous to the health and safety of pool users
8) Replace, repair and report any broken or hazardiuos conditions or equipments.
9) Brush all the pool walls and floor as conditions dictates to eliminate algae and other foreign substances.
10) Check all operations equipments daily to insure proper operations. Water chemical levels. Brommer residuals and PH valves shall be continually mantained as per pool volume. COMPANY QUALIFICATIONS
1) Unique Pools shall provide sufficient personnel resorces including a supervisory proffessional to successfully provide the scope of service described herein.
2) Unique Pools shall provide qualified personel for all perfomance inspection, test, mantanance and repairs on equipments of similar and magnitude described herein.
3) Unique Pools shall have an understanding of and experience with all applicable code related to this job. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Testing and maintanace services shall be provided on regualarly scheduled basis and shall be performed in strict accordance with all applicable regulation and standards. SERVICING OF CONTRACT/FINANCIALS
The client will be obliged to provide financing of the following:
a) Contractual fee
b) Purchase of chemicals
c) Purchase of Pool accessories and all cost that are technically related. FINANCIAL TREMS.
- Unique pool shall only commence its duties upon a 50% pre deposit of principal qoute.
~ Unique Pools shall require the final balance upon completion of 50% struactural works or service delivery.
~ Unique shall only accept bank transfers and bank certified cheque as a mode of payments.
~ Assumption of any project will be uopn reciept and acknowlodgement of prescribed payments.
~ Unique pool shall stop all works immediately wherein payments are not done per specifications.
~ Unique pool reserves the right to adjust invoices comminsurate to prevalent economical situations.
~ Unique Pools herein enters this agreement only as a service provider and will not be mandated to any financial abligation outside its influence.
~ Unique pool shall require 50% of the contractual balance should the client renege on completion to defer related cost. DISCLAMER
~ Unique Pool shall not be held responsible for any mishaps or misdemeneours attributed by negligence on the part of the client and or unpreceptual involvement by none contractual paties or natural causes.
~ Unique Pool shall not be obliged to any liablity owing to the negation of the contractual obligation by the clients.
~ The fuctionality of this contract is serviceable heretofore upon adherence to financial terms.
~ This contract can only be terminated upon mutual discourse of both parties on a three (3 ) months disbandment period.
~ The Client is at liberty to take recourse in the court of law in the even that Unique Pools fails to fulfill its mandated obligations. THIS CONTRACT IS, CAN AND SHALL ONLY BE ENTERPRETED IN THE PROVISO OR PROVISION OF THE ZANBIAN LAW UNDER WHOSE JURISDICTION UNIQUE POOLS IS UNDER. SIGNATURES OF PARTIES. It is hereby confered herein and confirmed that both parties volutionally entered into this agreement with all cognisance of all stipulations enumciated herein. SIGNTAURE REPRESANTATION
