Exciting morning with Cat Angels

Never a dull moment with us.
While try to catch a dog and track down property owners to see if it's thier dog, a lady runs past in a state. She comes back and asks us and Binne - Buite Dienste who was with us for help.
We immediately dash to her property.
Her 2 year old had managed to lock herself inside the room and the stove was on.

As luck would have it we had
Bolt cutters
A leather man
Surgical clamp with us .

Karen used the bolt cutters to cut a piece of wire to maneuver the key a little,
The leather man to take-off the door handle
The Surgical clamp to grip the key and turn it.

And with the smell of a very hot pot on the stove Karen opened the door and grabbed the little girl to safety, switching off the stove after she handed mom her daughter.
No door or child was injured during this rescue.

Rescue of a different kind.

Now to go set the trap to catch the dog the reason we were out there in the first place.
