T&T Property Management & Cleaning Solutions Services:
T&T offers Property Management, General Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, New/Refurbished Home Cleaning, and Holiday Home Cleaning services.
Property Management Services
T&T provides tailored property management packages that include scheduled property inspections, detailed feedback reports, emergency call-out coordination, maintenance oversight, and access to trusted, licensed, and fully insured subcontractors. Quotations can be obtained on the client’s behalf, with final selection and payments remaining the client’s responsibility. Property management services are rendered in accordance with the selected package and agreed contractual terms.
General Cleaning
Standard cleaning of the home’s interior and exterior surfaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. Designed for regular upkeep and maintenance.
Deep Cleaning
A more intensive cleaning session than General Cleaning, covering hard-to-reach areas, detailed cleaning of cupboards, drawers, fixtures, skirting boards, and thorough sanitization of all surfaces. Ideal for periodic deep maintenance
New/Refurbished Home Cleaning
An intensive, full-package cleaning session designed for post-construction or post-renovation homes. Includes thorough dusting and washing of all surfaces, walls, ceilings, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, floors, and bathroom/kitchen areas.
Note: Removal of construction debris (cement, paint splashes, or large residues) remains the contractor’s responsibility. Optional add-ons such as bedding, curtains, or carpets can be arranged with subcontractors, and formal quotations will be provided for client approval.
Window Cleaning
If required, T&T utilises CCC Pest Control and Window Washing. Full service details and a formal quotation will be provided for client approval.
Additional Services
Items such as bedding can be collected, laundered through Wasbalie, and returned. A call-out fee applies for this service.
Holiday Homes & Holiday Rental Cleaning
T&T offers professional cleaning services for holiday homes and short-term rental properties, including arrival, departure, and changeover cleans. These cleans are designed to ensure the property is clean, presentable, and ready for incoming guests. Cleaning services are scheduled according to booking requirements and must be arranged in advance.
Booking Requirements
All in-season bookings must be confirmed at least two months in advance. Out-of-season bookings require a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
Service Scope
T&T is not a domestic service provider. Dishwashing and personal laundry are not included. All cleaning packages are full cleaning sessions and cannot be divided into individual tasks or sections.
