Solid drainage installation!

This project involved full trenching, precise fall setup, and installation of new underground sewer lines around the property. From setting out levels to laying and connecting all pipework, every step was done to ensure proper flow, durability, and long-term reliability.

Attention to detail is key when it comes to drainage — correct gradients, clean joints, and solid bedding make all the difference.

New Effluent treatment plant

From breaking concrete and trenching to precision cutting and excavation, this project is all about laying the groundwork for a reliable and efficient system. Working around live infrastructure, our team is making sure everything is installed to spec and built to last.

Long hours, day and night shifts, and solid teamwork are driving this project forward — preparing for new pipeline installations and upgrading the plant’s capacity.

Another major step toward improving efficiency and environmental compliance on site.

Manifold Installation

The water distribution manifold was installed to provide a centralised and organised water supply system for the property. Multiple individual lines were connected to the manifold, allowing each plumbing fixture in the house to receive its own dedicated supply line.

This setup improves water pressure balance throughout the home and makes future maintenance easier, as each line can be isolated if required. The pipework was neatly arranged and secured to ensure protection and to maintain a clean, professional installation.

💧 Another Phase Completed – On To The Next

Another phase successfully completed by AquaPro Plumbing Solutions on this new build.

Our team carried out the full under-slab plumbing installation, working through every stage of the process — before the slab, during the concrete pour, and after the slab was completed. Being involved throughout the process ensures that all plumbing points are correctly positioned and ready for the next phase of construction.

Scope of work included:

✔️ Sewer and waste pipe layout
✔️ Water supply lines
✔️ Pipe penetrations and stub-ups positioned for future fixtures
✔️ On-site coordination during the concrete pour

This stage is critical in any build because once the slab is poured, the plumbing becomes part of the structure. Our focus is always on accuracy, reliability, and making sure everything is in the right place from the start.

🔧 Pump, Filtration & UV Water Purification System Installation

A complete water filtration and purification system was installed to ensure clean, safe, and reliable water supply from the storage tank to the household.

The system includes a pressure pump, triple-stage filtration unit, and UV sterilization unit, all mounted neatly on a custom board for easy maintenance and accessibility.

Water is drawn from the storage tank through a pressure pump and then passes through a three-stage filtration system designed to remove sediment, particles, and impurities. After filtration, the water flows through a UV sterilizer, which eliminates bacteria and harmful microorganisms before entering the household water supply.

The installation features:
• A pressure pump to maintain consistent water pressure
• Three-stage filtration for effective particle and sediment removal
• UV sterilization unit for safe, bacteria-free water
• Neatly mounted piping and components for durability and easy servicing
• Isolation valves and unions to simplify future maintenance

This setup ensures improved water quality, reliable pressure, and long-term system efficiency for the property.
