Groundwork done right before the concrete pour! 👷‍♂️🔧

A successful slab starts long before the concrete arrives. On this project, our team completed all the underground plumbing infrastructure to ensure everything is perfectly positioned and protected before the slab is cast.

✅ Installed all waste pipework and drainage lines
✅ Positioned and secured all plumbing sleeves through foundations and slab areas
✅ Installed hot and cold water supply sleeves
✅ All the sleeves is ready for the manifold system
✅ Set out all pipe penetrations according to the approved plans
✅ Checked levels, falls, and alignment of all drainage lines
✅ Inspected pipework before backfilling
✅ Prepared all services for a smooth and trouble-free concrete pour

Another successful slab prep completed by AquaPro Plumbing Solutions

Our team handled the full plumbing installation before the concrete pour — from underground water lines and waste pipes to manifold installation and all pipe sleeves positioned accurately for the slab. Precision and planning at this stage are critical to ensure a smooth build process later on.

Another perfect job.

Before the slab could be cast, a massive amount of groundwork went into making sure every sleeve, waste pipe, and water line was perfectly positioned and ready for the concrete pour.

The process started with setting out all pipe locations according to the building plans, followed by trenching and installing the underground drainage system with the correct falls to ensure proper flow throughout the house. Sleeves were then installed for all water lines to pass through the slab cleanly and safely.

All hot and cold water points were carefully roughed in, pressure lines sleeved and secured, and waste pipes positioned at exact heights and locations for bathrooms, kitchens, and utility areas. We also built and installed the manifold system, ensuring a neat, organized, and efficient water distribution setup throughout the house.

Once all pipework was complete, every line was checked, aligned, and secured to prevent movement during casting. After final level checks and preparation, the slab was ready for the concrete pour.

Project Update: Lancewood Effluent Treatment Plant

We are proud to be part of the ongoing development at Lancewood, where construction of a new effluent treatment plant is well underway.

This project involves extensive excavation, concrete breaking, and installation works to ensure a reliable and efficient system that meets environmental and operational standards. From deep trenching to precision cutting and night-shift progress, our team is committed to delivering quality workmanship every step of the way.

Once completed, this plant will play a crucial role in managing wastewater responsibly, supporting sustainable operations and long-term efficiency for the facility.

Solid drainage installation!

This project involved full trenching, precise fall setup, and installation of new underground sewer lines around the property. From setting out levels to laying and connecting all pipework, every step was done to ensure proper flow, durability, and long-term reliability.

New Effluent treatment plant

From breaking concrete and trenching to precision cutting and excavation, this project is all about laying the groundwork for a reliable and efficient system. Working around live infrastructure, our team is making sure everything is installed to spec and built to last.

Long hours, day and night shifts, and solid teamwork are driving this project forward — preparing for new pipeline installations and upgrading the plant’s capacity.

Manifold Installation

The water distribution manifold was installed to provide a centralised and organised water supply system for the property. Multiple individual lines were connected to the manifold, allowing each plumbing fixture in the house to receive its own dedicated supply line.

This setup improves water pressure balance throughout the home and makes future maintenance easier, as each line can be isolated if required. The pipework was neatly arranged and secured to ensure protection and to maintain a clean, professional installation.
