How To Live with Covid-19 At Home
1. Never believe that you are negative if you have not tested
2.Treat everyone as if you are all positive.
3 After washing the dishes soak them in boiling water for 20
minutes.
4. With cutlery, cups and glasses, boil water with you kettle
and soak for 20 minutes.
5. Disinfect your bathrooms, kitchen and floors with Dettol /Jik
with warm water.
6. Make use of gloves everytime you are cleaning.
7. Keep toothbrushes separate from each other.
8. Do not share bathroom towels.
9. Very often when people are cooking have a bad habit of
tasting the pot using a spoon from the pot to their mouth.
Same spoon back to the pot without being washed. This
habit must change. When cooking, avoid putting the spoon
in your mouth to taste your food, then spoon back to the pot.
Rather place what you want to taste on your hand.
10.If it is a must to share the bed, then use separate blankets.
