WE'RE HIRING | CAR WASH SUPERVISOR 🚗
RV Car Wash & Valet Centre is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Car Wash Supervisor to join our growing team in Randfontein.

📍 Location: 53 Homestead Avenue, Greenhills, Randfontein
📅 Start Date: ASAP
💰 Salary: To be discussed during the interview and based on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage all permanent and casual staff.
• Allocate daily duties based on vehicle types and valet bookings.
• Conduct daily quality control inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Inspect every vehicle after washing to ensure it meets RV Car Wash & Valet Centre's high standards of quality (this is non-negotiable).
• Ensure all pressure washers, pumps, hoses, vacuums, polishers, and other equipment are clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Complete daily administrative duties (details will be discussed during the interview).
• Manage monthly account customers by ensuring all information is captured accurately for invoicing.
• Ensure the premises remain clean and that all vacuums are emptied and cleaned before the end of each business day.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance duties around the site.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Car Wash Supervisor or Manager. Candidates without experience but who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
✔ Strong leadership and staff management skills.
✔ Excellent people skills with a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
✔ Previous experience managing multiple staff members.
✔ Valid driver's licence.
✔ Must be able to drive vehicles onto ramps.
✔ Clear criminal record.
