An exciting opportunity has become available for our Cleaning Company operating nationally.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 – NQF Level 4 Certificate
• 2 Years’ working Experience in cleaning or transport industry.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work independently as well as be part of a team.
• Must be friendly and able to provide excellent customer service.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be computer literate.
• Reliable Transport is essential.

• Grade 12 / Degree in Assistant Management or similar field
• +- 2 Years’ working Experience in cleaning or transport industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
• Experience in recruiting and hiring
• Experience in evaluating staff
• Experience in leadership roles
• Ability to plan and organize
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
