Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with a talent for admin and operational support? Join Prime African Security (Pty) Ltd as an Administrator and play a key role in keeping our high-performance security operations running smoothly.

👔 Key Responsibilities Include:
✅ Submitting detailed incident, weekly & monthly reports
✅ Reviewing reports compiled by Junior Administrators
✅ Organizing and coordinating meetings (virtual & in-person)
✅ Taking and submitting meeting minutes to Senior Management
✅ Conducting quality checks on Risk Assessments
✅ Engaging with clients & service providers professionally
✅ Creating and maintaining registers across multiple sites

📌 Minimum Requirements:
🎓 Grade 12 / Matric
🛡️ PSIRA Registered (Grade B minimum)
🗣️ Fluent in English + 1 SA language
📄 Strong presentation, writing & communication skills
🧠 Sound knowledge of the security industry
🧑‍💻 Proficient in MS Office Suite
🚗 Valid Driver’s License
✔️ Clear criminal record
🔍 Investigation experience is a plus!
