This person will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a Spur restaurant Duties include but are not limited to Staff management, Customer service and legal compliance.
Requirements:
• 2 Years Managerial experience in the Hospitality industry
• Degree or Equivalent qualification in Business Management
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
• General People Management Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English)skills
• Strong Numeracy, Literacy and administrative skills
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Responsibilities:
• Restaurant operation management
• Spur management
• Motivate and inspire staff to optimise performance
• Maintain, implement and improve on Management systems such as Financial- , Marketing- and HSEQ management systems as well as policies and procedures
