SPEC AUTO DETAILING

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your car, our obsession.

Due to the high number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, Spec Auto Detailing has implemented a booking deposit to protect reserved appointment slots and ensure fair scheduling for all our customers.

📅 BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure every booking.

Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

If the deposit has not been received by the agreed deadline, Spec Auto Detailing reserves the right to release the appointment slot to another customer.

💰 DEPOSIT POLICY

* A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required.
* The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service.
* The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.
* Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

* 24+ hours’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment, subject to availability.
* Less than 24 hours’ notice: The deposit will be forfeited.
* No-show: The deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.
* Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in full prepayment being required for future bookings.

🚗 PICK-UP & DROP-OFF BOOKINGS

For pick-up and drop-off services, the vehicle must be ready and available at the agreed collection time.

If the vehicle is not available or the customer is unavailable at the agreed time, the booking may be treated as a cancellation/no-show.

🌧️ WEATHER & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

If weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control prevent us from safely completing your booking, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment.

In these circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking.

🤝 WHY WE HAVE THIS POLICY

When you book with us, we reserve that time specifically for your vehicle. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean that we lose the opportunity to offer that appointment to another customer.

This deposit system allows us to protect our time while continuing to provide reliable service to our customers.

By making a booking with Spec Auto Detailing and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the above booking and cancellation policy.
