Carrot Cake with Intense Chocolate Coverage 😋

4 eggs
280 g wheat flour

1 can of condensed milk

6 tablespoons of chocolate powder
2 tablespoons of butter

Carrot cake with chocolate coating
1. Mix the carrots, eggs, sugar and sunflower oil in a blender for 4 minutes.

2. Pass the wheat flour and cornstarch through a sieve to prevent them from curdling and pour them into a cup. Likewise, add the preparation that is in the mixer to the cup. Beat very well in a circular manner to achieve unification.

3. Pour the baking powder into this preparation. Also, some chocolate chips so that the cake also has this penetrating flavor.

4. Get a rectangular shape mold and spread butter on all sides, also sprinkle a little wheat flour. Pour the mixture and let it bake for a little more than half an hour.

5. While these minutes pass, take advantage of them and prepare the chocolate coating as follows: turn on the stove, put the heat on moderate, place all the ingredients in a round pot and beat without stopping until everything comes together.
