Recently we had the opportunity to visit one of our long-standing customers in Zambia, a partnership that has grown over more than two decades.
During the visit, it was great to see that a Saftronics rectifier supplied 18 years ago is still operating reliably today. Even more impressive, the customer is planning to recommission an older unit next year, further extending the life of the equipment.
This is a great example of how quality engineering combined with planned maintenance can significantly prolong the lifespan of power electronics equipment. When systems are properly maintained and supported, they can continue delivering value far beyond their expected service life.
