We have unfortunately had to close our business in Johannesburg due to severe shortage of work. This closure has come abruptly and has not left me with enough time to secure employment for my full time staff, Clement and Misheck.
These two Malawian men have been a joy and a pleasure to work with. In the last two years they have always come to work, never missing any days due to drinking or any other nonsense. They have been loyal, hardworking and extremely respectful. Both speak English very well and have good knowledge of cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, furniture removal, machine maintenance, organising stock, waterproofing and garden and domestic work. They have always done anything and more than I have asked of them. They are just happy to have work and there are no chips on their shoulders. I have employed many people in my business career and these two gentleman have been the best by far, I have even used them regularly to babysit my three children. The best trait they have is to be 100% trustworthy which is so important in our crime ridden country.
They are both looking for preferably full time employment an any field from professional cleaning to painting and waterproofing to housework.
