Pool Fibreglass Renovation

Another pool brought back to life! This project started with the complete removal of the old fibreglass lining, followed by grinding away all rust from exposed steel and carrying out the necessary plaster and cement repairs. Once the surface was fully prepared, we re-fibreglassed the pool using a 450g mat, finished in sky blue, and completed with brand-new mosaics for a fresh, modern look.

To ensure everything runs perfectly, we also replaced the filter sand, installed a new LED pool light, fitted a new aimflow with piping, and with a new MPV top lid.

A full transformation and a sleek finish ready for many more years of enjoyment 💧

✨💧 Pool Transformation Magic! 💧✨

We’re excited to share one of our latest pool makeovers!

Starting with the removal of old paving, we gave this pool a fresh new look with sleek bullnose coping and modern ceramic tiles. The pool was revived with a crisp white gel coat finish and new mosaics, while new jets and LED lighting brought it to life day and night.

Behind the scenes, we carried out leak repairs, plumbing upgrades, and installed a new weir, gaskets, and MPV top lid. To complete the transformation, we built a reinforced retaining wall and added extra tiling for a seamless, polished finish.

Tucked into a cosy space, this beautiful 3m x 3m pool was designed to turn a small area into your own place to relax and unwind. Finished in sky-blue marbelite, the water has a calm, peaceful shimmer, while the martini step and jets bring that relaxed, spa-like feel right into your home. A small pool built for big moments, slow afternoons, sunset dips, and easy summer living.

This pool was newly built by another company, but the problems started showing way too soon:

❌ The plaster work was showing through the marbelite – it was applied far too thin
❌ The paving and coping around the pool were uneven and not level

So we stepped in and gave this pool the makeover it deserved 👇

✅ Removed all paving and coping around the pool
✅ Properly compacted and levelled the ground
✅ Relayed all paving and coping so everything is neat, straight and solid
✅ Added a brand new mosaic border for that luxury finish
✅ Completed the interior in a stunning sky blue marbelite

Now this Boksburg pool is:
✨ Level
✨ Smooth
✨ Bright
✨ And ready for summer!

𝙂𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙣 – 𝙁𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙋𝙤𝙥-𝙄𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

What started as a simple leak turned out to be a much bigger problem… On further assessment we found that the fibreglass pool had actually started caving in.

Here’s what we did to fix it properly:

○ Excavated around the pool
○ Reinforced the pool sides so it won’t collapse again
○ Installed brand new piping and wiring
○ Removed the old system and reinstalled everything with new cables and piping
○ Reinstalled the copings around the pool
○ Re-gel coated the entire pool in a stunning sky blue

Now the pool is structurally sound, watertight and ready for summer days.
