👟 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆!

No one likes opening the cupboard to the smell of stinky shoes! 😅 Even with good foot hygiene, moisture trapped inside your shoes creates the perfect environment for odour-causing bacteria.

Try these simple tricks to keep your favourite footwear smelling fresh:

👟 𝟭. 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗢𝘂𝘁
Remove the laces and insoles after wearing your shoes. If they're machine washable, use a gentle cycle, then let them dry completely in a well-ventilated, sunny spot.

🧴 𝟮. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿
Mix equal parts white vinegar and water, lightly spray the inside of your shoes, and leave them to air dry. It's a simple way to help neutralise odours.

🥄 𝟯. 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗱𝗮 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲
Sprinkle baking soda inside your shoes overnight to absorb unwanted smells. Shake it out before wearing them again.

🌿 𝟰. 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀
A few drops of tea tree or lavender essential oil on the insoles can leave shoes smelling fresh. Cedarwood or cinnamon sachets also work well overnight.

🧦 𝟱. 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀!
Fresh socks every day—and allowing shoes to dry completely between wears—can make a huge difference in preventing odours from coming back.
