What a privilege it is to be nominated as a Bold Woman. I describe myself as bold in who I am as a person. I am happy and confident with who I am, and I believe that learning to truly accept and love yourself is one of the most important lessons in life. Through believing in myself, I have overcome many challenges and grown stronger from every experience. Being bold, to me, means having the confidence to step outside my comfort zone, take chances, lead by example and never be afraid to stand up for what I believe in. I believe that true confidence is not about being better than anyone else, but about knowing your own worth and encouraging others to recognise theirs. Making a positive impact in my community and helping others comes naturally to me because I genuinely care about people. I believe it is much easier to share love, kindness and encouragement when you truly love yourself from within. I am bold enough to reach out to others, to uplift them when they need it and to remind them that they are capable of achieving more than they may believe. I want to inspire the people around me to become the best version of themselves. To me, being a Bold Woman is about courage, self-belief, kindness and making a difference. I am proud of the woman I am, proud of how far I have come, and grateful for every opportunity to use my journey to inspire and uplift others.
