1. How to complete a tender document as per the tender specifications.

2. How to show all your tender costs and calculations:
a) Explain all the internal and external factors impacting on the profitability of a tender.
b) Calculate your break-even point.
c) Calculate and analyse your profit mark-up.

3. Prepare a work-plan / delivery schedule.

4. Prepare cash-flow projections for the period of the tender.

5. State why your business should be awarded the tender.

6. How and why you should submit your completed tender document by the stipulated date.
