premises, all areas, be it above or below buildings and anywhere you may encounter a pest problem.
We specialize in Common Ground Areas where we ensure to find the “root and source’ of your pest
problem e.g. we follow and locate all trails, ant nests, terminate nests pertaining to pathways,
driveways, pool areas, walkways, large grass areas and gardens including rat infestation by installing bait
stations and boxes. We perform complete assessments of your needs for targeting and eradicating your
pest problem including soil poisoning
Our offer for large complexes and estate agents who require more than one unit to be exterminated at a
time is :
For every five units we complete we offer to do the sixth unit for free.
We require 60% of the quotation to be paid on the date of the extermination and the balance to be paid
within 30 days.
For every referral you give us, which leads to another company using our services with the same concept
of ‘ every five units completed, sixth unit for free’, we will offer a 10% deduction off your next invoice
with us.
