Open up cracks, fill cracks, sand down walls, paint primer, paint top coat, repair and paint soffets, clean gutters, waterproof parapets.

Safety gates reinstalled.
Doors and frames was replaced and gates had to be refitted in new location in doorway.
Xpanda hinges worked beautifully, though the lock plates had to be customised to accommodate the bigger doorway openings where gates needed to fit.

Carpet cleaning Done&Dusted-Kant&Klaar.

Cleaning carpets is quite the mission, but not mission impossible. Correct equipment🧽🚿🧹🫧, loads of patience🙂‍↕️ and good old fashion elbow grease 💪 can get a carpet looking like new again.✨

PS, when you paint, or have someone paint your house walls/ceilings, remember to put down drop sheets to prevent paint spills on carpets, as it is a massive schlep to get it out and will only cost you more when you get have your carpets cleaned.

Now the client can get out of the vehicle without stepping in the plants.
Between Stodles, Cape Garden Centre, Atlantic Pebbles and Hilstep Paving we were able to source all that was needed for this project.
