K1 is perfectly situated, as the apartment is two minutes walk from restaurants, coffee shops, clubs and is literally across the road from the Cape To

wn Stadium. The V & A Waterfront is also within walking distance, as is the new and uplifted De Waterkant area, also known as the gay village of Cape Town. Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are a short distance from Watergate Cascades, and can easily be reached by car or public transport. This air-conditioned 41 sqm apartment sleeps up to 2 and comes with a secure, reserved underground parking bay on the first floor, with lift (elevator) as same level. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can either be made up as one big king size bed or at your request the room will be made up with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped inclusive of a washing machine, microwave and much more. In the lounge area you have a Sony LED TV with Satellite channels and a DVD player. The bathroom with its blue glass tiles always feels fresh and clean, the high pressure shower is situated over the bath. Wifi is available in the building but can only be accessed once you have opened an account using your credit card as payment to purchase data bundles. 1GB will cost you R175.
