We looking for a part time sales person.

Role & responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
* Identify and qualify potential clients:
* Network within the community (local businesses, residential areas).
* Conduct market research to identify target industries and demographics.
* Utilize online platforms (social media, local business directories) to generate leads.
* Conduct sales presentations:
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
* Clearly articulate the value proposition of the cleaning services.
* Address client concerns and objections effectively.
* Close deals and secure contracts:
* Negotiate pricing and service packages.
* Obtain signed contracts and collect necessary client information.
* Build and maintain client relationships:
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
* Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Conduct follow-up calls and visits to maintain relationships.
Administrative
* Track sales leads and activities:
* Utilize CRM software (if provided) to manage customer data and track sales progress.
* Prepare sales reports and analyze sales performance.
* Stay informed about industry trends:
* Keep up-to-date on industry best practices, competitors, and new technologies.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills: Persuasive, confident, and able to close deals effectively.
