Last week we did our annual clean of a seven floor stairway in an apartment building in town while Cape Window Cleaning took care of the outside walls and windows that can’t be reached by their cleaning staff. This particular stairway is where all the bins are kept. These pictures are just the finishing touches at the end of the clean but we scrub the staircase top to bottom including walls, then we take care of any fine detail work after all our scrubbing leaving the stairway clean and fresh smelling

We were called in to clean a deceased estate that had been broken into by drug addicts and left trashed. With the house needing to go on the market, we were asked to do a dump and full deep clean. We are always told when quoting for post occupation cleans that the place only needs a quick clean. The Komali team will always clean top to bottom regardless of how quick the client thinks the clean may be. In this case, we did not expect to walk into this. From literally scrubbing walls, cleaning into all the nooks and crannies and sweeping a carpet filled with years of dirt build up, this clean of a 40m2 flat took 9 hours non stop clean time. We definitely created magic with this one. Despite this being on the extreme side, all post occupation cleans are given a thorough clean by Komali staff who are well trained and experienced with these cleans

When a tenant doesn’t want to pay the cost of a professional cleaning company and insists her cleaning lady can do just a good a job at a fraction of the price. But then the rental agent has to get us in anyway. Just to show how dirty the water still is after a “clean”. Light switches were not cleaned and neither were the blinds or extractor fan (to point out a few of the more obvious missed areas) although the rest of the clean was not bad. This tenant now had to pay her cleaning lady AND for our cleaning services costing her much more than just using our services in the first place. This is the difference between a domestic cleaner and trained deep clean staff. We get many complaints about the cost of a deep clean but there is a lot that goes into a proper clean. Komali staff are trained in deep cleans and we do not offer any domestic cleans
