We also encourage and coach "madams" to develop their helpers and encourage them to grow. Sisi & I is founded on a true partnership between a "madam" and a helper. We have started this business because of a high turnover we noticed in the household or helper job marke

t. We also believe every job needs to be respectable and show opportunities to grow. For one reason or the other, there is always a big frustration between madams and helpers which usually leads to helpers leaving their madams without even a notice. Our business is founded on the insight from a madam perspective that says "I like my helper but..." Our aim is to help you with the "BUT"so you can have a long steady relationship with your helper and a stable environment for your kids. We sell convenience, by bringing our very own tools in the comfort of your home where the real practical needs to happen.
