"My name is Sylvia and I am working for The Cleaning Fix since March 2021.This is my story of how The Cleaning Fix has changed my life.

I lost my job in 2019/2020 and I found myself unemployed. In 2021 I heard about The Cleaning Fix that had started in 2021 for mother’s. I straight away applied and by March 2021 I was then part of the team.

From the moment that I started working with them I found that I was working four days a week and my situation at home to provide food, clothes, fees for my kids was getting better.

I have been able to get to secure private(fixed) client through the platform for every Friday in Hout Bay. The Cleaning Fix has made a very big difference in my life.

This year, I have found it’s been a bit quieter with the jobs coming in through the platform but I just carry on praying and trust God each day to help The Cleaning Fix get more work in for us mothers and help provide for our daily needs.

"My name is Joyce Mubayiwa. I'm 32 years of age, am a mother of 2 and I'm originally from Zimbabwe.

I joined The Cleaning Fix in 2021 when they started. I wasn't working or getting any income. Times were tough but ever since I joined the cleaning fix things got better and better and I'm so grateful.

I'm able to put food on the table, pay school fees and provide for my kids. The good thing about the cleaning fix is 100% of what the client pays goes to the cleaner, it's really amazing.
