Hi everybody, as part of our new procedures to protect our staff and clients, we will no longer be physically handling unwashed laundry. All laundry will now be placed directly from the bag in which you deliver it, into the washing machine. All laundry will be washed at 60*C and only handled for the first time when being removed from the washing machine.

Please follow these steps when preparing your laundry.

Step 1: Check your pockets are empty.
Step 2: Ensure your garment can be washed at 60*C.
Step 3: If you would like your laundry to be washed separately, group into darks and lights.
Step 4: Place each pile of laundry into a separate bag. This bag should either be a washable fabric bag or disposable.

In addition to these procedures we will, of course, be following all standard Covid-19 practices such as hand-washing, disinfecting and the use of face masks.
