Periwinkle Studio our Bachelor style unit is available for a minimum booking of 2 nights

per night.
Following is also payable.
R300 LINEN AND CLEANING FEE
R500 breakage fee.

Wifi available
TV ~ ONLY Open view channels. We do have a dish you can bring your own decoder and smart card. Unfortunately no exploria connection.

The unit has its own private entrance. - with a small enclosed courtyard. Small portable braai to use. Bring own charcoal.
bedroom/kitchenette "Bachelor style" Sleeps 2. (double bed)
En suite Bathroom with walk in shower, basin and toilet
The Kitchenette is fitted with a 2 plate electric stove ,small fridge, microwave, airfryer, frying pan, toaster, snackwicher and an egg cooker.
We now have a gas plate and kettle, so coffee is sorted during loadshedding. ☕️🫖
We also have a fan to cool down and a heater to sort out the cold winter chills 🌬️
We do have a loadshedding light.

🔥Wood-fired Hot tub is not available ‼️

📌Please note we have guests in the house the hot tub area is exclusive for their use.

December 2024.
• 10- 13 Desember ( 📍minim booking of 2 nights)
• 17 - 23 December (📍minimum booking of 5 nights)
January 2025
• 3 - 5 January (📍minimum booking of 2 nights.
Both the Main House and flatlet is available from 6 January 2025 - contact me for details.

📍Please note we do have guests in the Main house , and we can not be held responsible if they make a little noise when they braai etc. Back yard area is not available. Only the courtyard in front of flatlet is available for your use.

P*k ‘n Wyntjie is now available for 2 or 4 guests. 🔻1 of the quests must be older than 60 years, send us an copy of your ID document per email with the dates you would like to book and for how many people.

This Pensioners special is for a **Minimum booking of 4 nights. Valid only for week days! ***📍- Excluding schools holidays and public Holidays
Rates are as follow

✅️ - 2 x persons / 1 x bedroom with queen size bed. R800 a night (plus a R350 cleaning and linen fee). TOTAL R3550. Exl Hot tub

✅ ️4 x persons / 2 x bedrooms with a queen size bed and a double bed is R1500 per night. (plus a R400 cleaning and linen fee). TOTAL R6400 exl Hot tub

*Please note we do not provide towels please bring your own.

🔥Hot tub is available only from Monday to Wednesdays evenings at an extra fee of R350 for this period.

*Please note our worker will have to enter the property on Thursday to clean tub for our weekend guests.
🔅Check in time on Mondays is after 16h00. We need to clean and get house ready after the weekend.
