Gym prices :

R250 for 5 days per a week for the month

R200 for 4 days per a week for the month

R50 for a diet plan (Dhewshan Clients only)

Nutrional food prices vary on the foods that are ordered

We are the only fitness rehabilitation facility in ladysmith and we offer the best services and prices along with our qualified professionals helping you all the way
