We have been a little quiet on social media lately, and we thought it was time to share why.
Fuze Manufacturing started as a small, family-run manufacturing business. Over time, your support, referrals and repeat business helped us grow at a rate that we honestly did not anticipate.
With that growth came a much bigger volume of enquiries and orders. As a small team, we found ourselves trying to manage production, customer communication, social media, marketing and deliveries all at once. At times, our staff and production capacity simply could not keep up with the volume, and unfortunately this resulted in delays for some of our customers.
For that, we sincerely apologise.
Rather than continuing to take on more than we could manage properly, we stepped back from actively marketing the business and focused mainly on our returning and referred customers while we worked behind the scenes on improving the way we operate.
We have since expanded our team, brought in dedicated support to manage marketing and customer communication, and partnered with logistics companies to improve our delivery process.
This allows our production team to concentrate on what we do best — manufacturing quality, affordable products for our customers.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who continued to support us during this period. To the customers who returned, referred their friends and businesses, recommended us and patiently waited for their orders — thank you. Your support has played a huge part in our growth.
We are now ready to open our doors to new customers again and return to full-scale production.
We have grown. We have learned. And we are excited for the next chapter of Fuze Manufacturing.
