Package #1 (Bronze) – Basic cleaning:
This package takes around 3 hours to complete, charging $27/ hour spent cleaning equaling a total fee of $81.00 + GST. This package includes the following;
-kitchen: countertops, inside & outside of microwave, outside of appliances, polish stainless steel appliances, dust, clean stove top vent, clean/ sanitize sinks, sweep & steam floors.
-dining room: Dust, clean/polish wood furniture, sweep/steam floors, vacuum carpets and rugs.
-Bathrooms: Clean/sanitize sinks, clean/sanitize toilets + tubs + showers, clean mirrors and glass, clean and polish fixtures, dust light fixtures/bulbs, wash floors.
-Bedrooms: Dust furniture/ shelving, vacuum flooring, empty wastebaskets, dust light fixtures.
-Living room: Dust all surfaces/ wipe down, Vacuum/steam flooring.
-Office: Dust all surfaces, sweep/steam flooring, vacuum all rugs/carpets.
-Stairs/Entry ways: Vacuum carpets/area rugs, sweep/ steam an flooring, Dust.
-Laundry Room: Sweep/ Steam all flooring, wipe down countertops. Package #2 (Silver) –
This package takes around 4-4.5 hours to complete, charging $27/ hour spent cleaning equaling a total fee of $108-$121.00 + GST This package includes the following;
-Kitchen: Clean countertops, inside & outside of microwave, outside of cupboards, Polish stainless steel appliances, clean stove top vent, clean/ sanitize sinks, clean/sanitize sinks, sweep/ steam floors.
-Dining room: Clean/Polish wood fixtures, Dust, Sweep/ steam flooring, vacuum rugs/carpets
-Bathrooms: Clean/sanitize sinks tubs showers toilets, dust light fixtures/bulbs, mirrors &glass, clean and polish any silvers, sweep/steam flooring.
-Bedrooms: Dust furniture/light fixtures, vacuum flooring, and empty waste baskets, make bedding.
-Living Room: Dust all surfaces/ wipe down, vacuum carpets, sweep/steam flooring, vacuum upholstered furniture, polish wood furniture.

This package takes around 5-5.5 hours to complete, charging $27/ hour spent cleaning equaling a total fee of $135-$148.50 + GST. This package includes the following;
-Kitchen: Clean countertops, inside & outside of microwave, outside of cupboards, Polish stainless steel appliances, clean stove top vent, clean/ sanitize sinks, clean/sanitize sinks, sweep/ steam floors, clean inside fridge.
-Dining room: Dust/Clean window treatments, Clean/Polish wood fixtures, Dust, Sweep/ steam flooring, vacuum rugs/carpets.
-Bathrooms: Clean/sanitize sinks tubs showers toilets, dust light fixtures/bulbs, mirrors &glass, clean and polish any silvers, sweep/steam flooring.
-Bedrooms: Change bedding/make, put away clean laundry/hang up in closet, Dust furniture/light fixtures, vacuum flooring, and empty waste baskets, baseboards.
-Living Room: Dust all surfaces/ wipe down, vacuum carpets, sweep/steam flooring, vacuum upholstered furniture, polish wood furniture, clean/ dust windows.
-Office: Dust office surfaces, sweep/steam flooring, vacuum area rugs/carpets, file/toss garbage/junk.

**Optional carpet cleaning for extra charge with any package deal small rooms verses large rooms will change the price (quotes available) - fee of $40-$65 + GST/ room carpet cleaned**
