New, immaculate 3BR home. A perfect serene location to be used as the gateway to Rocky Cape National Park, Boat Harbour and the picturesque Stanley. Ideal to unwind enjoying fishing, swimming, kayaking, bush walking, surfing, wining and dining! The house can accommodate up to 8 guests maximum. The base rate is $130 (dependent on season) for up to 4 guests. There are additional charges for extra guests, public holidays and the peak Summer season. Discounts are applied for longer stays. Deposit is $300 and returned to the guest upin final cleaning and inspection. Please contact us for more information and exact pricing for your intended stay.

Our beautiful home is 3 years old with a modern interior fitted with all mod-con appliances. Located in a very quiet, new subdivision, the beach is just a few minutes walk away. Other amenities include: - 3 bedroom home (2 x queen and 1 x twin room) with large rumpus room off the back deck. - sofa bed available in the rumpus room to accommodate up to 8 guests - large, open plan dining, kitchen and living room with modern features throughout - good quality clean bedding and linen supplies - en-suite off the main guest bedroom - large main bathroom with shower, bath and 2 x sinks - fully equipped kitchen, including espresso machine - large TV, I-pod dock and DVD player - Free WIFI - 2 x bikes for use - DVDs, book and board game collection - Reverse cycle heat pump - large entertaining deck to sit out and enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening. - undercover deck with outdoor table to seat x 6 - BBQ - fully equipped laundry with washing machine.
