Update regarding pricing/payments/cancellations. Unfortunately due to the rising costs of supplies & just about everything else, after almost 2 years I am no longer able to hold off on raising my rates. My new hourly rate going forward from 23/10/23 is £18/hr.
Also a reminder that payments are due upon completion of the clean. Unless arranged otherwise, late payments will incur a 20% interest fee. Cleaning is my main source of income to support my family and I can no longer afford to accommodate delayed payments.
One of my main cancellations are one-off cleans. These will require a 50% non refundable deposit when booking. For all cleans, cancellations within 24 hours will still be charged full cost of the clean. While I understand things happen I cannot fill slots on such short notice, so please be sure to let me know ahead of time if you need to cancel or reschedule. For my regular clients who may need to reschedule their clean for a different day in the same week this does not apply.
On a final note I want to thank everyone that’s booked with me, all clients, one offs & regulars, and I look forward to helping you continue to keep your homes peachy clean ☺️🫧
