Chainwire Fencing & Gate Installation

Project Overview:
Outwest was contracted to supply and install a high-security Chainwire fence and double swing gate at a Bunnings location. The project required approximately 95 meters of fencing, incorporating security enhancements to meet the client’s requirements.

Scope of Work
• Fencing: 95 meters of 2100mm high Chainwire fencing with three strands of barbed wire for added security.
• Gate: Installation of a 5000mm x 2100mm double swing gate, ensuring controlled access while maintaining site security.
• Materials Used: Heavy-duty galvanized steel posts, tensioned chainwire mesh, and barbed wire

• Installation Process:
o Post setting to the wall for stability.
o Chainwire stretched and secured to the posts.
o Barbed wire installed for additional deterrence.
o Double swing gate installed with reinforced hinges and locking mechanisms.

Challenges & Solutions:
• Site Constraints: Coordination with Bunnings operations to minimize disruption during installation.

Outcome:
The project was successfully completed within the required timeframe, providing Bunnings with a secure, durable, and low-maintenance fencing solution that met their operational needs.
