This new product maintained the high quality of traditional Vietnam salted duck egg, but without the using of ashes or mud, to avoid contamination of the eggs or the environment. This breakthrough of seasoning method had proofed to further enhance the quality of the product, such as cleanliness, taste, and longer shelf life.

We broke the eggs and removed the shell and albumin, after carefully chosen.

Grade 1 = 16 - 18 gram / piece
Grade 2 = 14 – 15 gram / piece
Grade 3 = 12 – 13 gram / piece
Grade 4 = 11 gram / piece.
Packing : 500 pieces / in one carton.

♻️ The newly introduced product is ash-less, which brings convenient and hygiene to consumers; and the new packing enables the product to maintain optimal quality for longer shelf life. The other market available “ash-free salted duck eggs” are mostly cooked, but Golden Sun is packed uncooked to better fit the local consumer habit..

♻️ We also carry out routine health checks on our product to prevent any excessive involvement of virus or bacteria.

🛒Golden Sun salted egg are grading as :

✨ Grade 1= 70 gram up / piece (net weight)
✨ Grade 2 = 65 gram – 69 gram / piece (net weight )

♻️ Being the leading product for our company, we handle the product’s quality control with high standard, selecting only the freshest egg sources in the Mekong Delta area in Vietnam. Since ducks are herd by traditional method, eggs collected in the area are free from any artificial chemical contamination. With this traditional herding method, ducks are fed on small fishes and other river organisms to ensure the eggs are purely natural, without artificial colorings.
