LABORERS AT HOANG LONG HURESU TO PROCESS THE PROCEDURE FOR WORKING IN KUWAIT
Hoang Long Human Resources Supplying Corporation (Hoang Long Huresu) has processed the procedure for laborers to work for the Clean Fuels Project of Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) in Mina Abdulla refinery (MAB) (60km away from Kuwait in the South). The direct employer is Winteco Corporation from Korea which is one of the long-term partner of Hoang Long Human Resources Supplying Corporation.
Through our careful recruitment process, Hoang Long Huresu and Winteco have selected more than 100 skilled laborers for the project in Mina Abdulla refinery in Kuwait.
Before exiting, laborers and their family are provided with full information about the employer, the project, living and working condition as well as the content of the contract between the laborers and Winteco Corporation.
Currently, all the necessary documents of the laborers have been sent to Winteco to complete the importing procedure to Kuwait. The time for the laborers to exit is expected to be in June, 2015.

STUDY ABROAD IN JAPAN – A LONG-TERM APPROACH OF HOANG LONG LABOR EXPORT
Recently, Hoang Long Human Resources Development Joint-stock company (Hoang long Huresu) has cooperated with Que Vo 1 High School in Bac Ninh province to solemnly hold a meeting to consult the 12th-grade students on the abroad study and orientation program in Japan.
Attending the abroad study consultation, there was the presence of Mr. Le Tien Dung – the high school principal, Mr. Nguyen Kieu Ngoc Linh – the representative of Japanese market department along with the counselors of Hoang Long Human Resource Development Joint-stock company as well as all the officers, teachers, parents and 648 students of the school.
In fact, in the whole country, there are roughly 156.000 high school graduates without a career training every year. Apart from that, there remains a large percentage of students dropping out of school and failing the graduation examination. Acknowledging of this situation, Hoang Long Labor Export Company has made the Japanese studying abroad counsel become one of the top choices for younger generations in order to help them make their dreams come true.

According to an article published on Thanh Nien magazine on March 9th, 2015, Vietnam is planning to officially send workers to Thailand in 2015. With the economic development trend leading to needs of building many buildings and construction projects, Thailand is having a high demand for construction workers.
According to a survey on Thai’s best – read expat magazine, it’s no secret that building sites and factories in Thailand has long been magnets for cheap labor from neighboring countries. More recently, non-Thais have also been filling jobs like maids, nannies, mechanics and gas station attendants. Now the hotel and catering industry has joined this unstoppable trend, employing people from the Philippines, Vietnam, India and Nepal to fill positions Thais no longer want, at least at the salaries offered. It’s a convenient arrangement, with foreigners happy to be paid this country’s official minimum wage, and sometimes less, because it’s more than they could expect back home. And their Thai employers are happy because it translates as lower labor costs. The government may be happy too because it helps to keep down the cost of living.

Vietnam and Republic of Korea resumes the special MOU on dispatching Vietnamese labourers.
The dispatching Vietnamese laborers working at ROK in accordance with the Employment Permit System (EPS) Program have been officially continued after the resuming of the special MOU was signed by the Minister of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam and her Korean counterpart on April 10th, 2015.
Content of this MOU is basically similar as the last MOU which was signed in 2013. The resuming MOU will be expired on December 31st, 2015. Accordingly, 7,000 labourers passing the common Korean Language Proficiency Test (KLPT), and special KLPT since December, 2011 and the labour who participate in the special KLPT in 2015 will have a chance to go or come back working in ROK.
The special MOU was signed at the time that the 2nd labour introduction for employers in 2015 of ROK occurred. It is known that until the end of 2015, ROK will has 36,000 vacancies for receiving foreign workers in the EPS program, in which this session will have about 13,000 workers are employed. With 10,000 vacancies dedicated for receiving the workers who worked in Korea return home country in accordance with the labour contract. Moreover, the resuming MOU has created opportunities to return working in ROK for over 7,500 employees expiring labour contract in 2015.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh – General Director of the Department of Overseas Labour said that in the negotiations process, the two sides agreed to strengthen the implementation of measures to reduce the status of Vietnamese overstaying workers. MOLISA will implement the measures such as promoting the communication to the locality having a lot of Vietnamese overstaying workers in Korea, increasing severe penalties, rising the deposit amount to VND 100 million ...
According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh, this issue does not reduce because the awareness of laborers still low, the process measures when they violating are not effective.
Recently, Korea has adopted several important measures to reduce the status of laborers residing illegally, such as: Improving control of immigration, visa issuing; establishing the interdisciplinary team to finding out the overstaying laborers; Researching amendment "Immigration Control Act"; Clearing sanctions against residing illegally foreigners’ voluntary report, register to return home country...
