The top floor has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which each have a separate shower with a glass door. There is a living room with a balcony, and a well equipped kitchen-dining room. Shared spaces are a garden with outside sitting areas, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The house is in a quiet, residential street with no through traffic and there is a pond with geese and ducks next door, giving it a feeling of being in the countryside, even though it is only 8 minutes from the city centre.
A small friendly poodle and a cat add to the homely ambience - it really feels like home.
The bedrooms are serviced once a week, and the house is cleaned three times a week.

A Villa in Dalat

A Villa in Dalat is for expats who would like to enjoy living in Da Lat for a while, and who feel the need for more home comforts than a hotel room can provide. The Villa has a calm relaxing ambience and is an oasis of western comfort - a home away from home.

We have 8 self contained studio apartments - some have full kitchens and all have facilities for preparing simple meals. The studio apartments ensure privacy and the shared spaces offer the opportunity to socialise. The Great Room has comfortable lounges, a long dining table and a compact gym. The Terrace on the top floor has an extensive view of a beautiful Da Lat valley, a barbeque and outdoor seating and is ideal for watching the sunset, and each floor has small sitting areas.

A Villa in Dalat is 10 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from the back gate of the Da Lat Palace Hotel. The villa is in a quiet street and looks out over a valley with vegetable farms, pine trees and villas. There is ample off-street parking behind a secure locked gate.

The apartments all have a private bathroom with enclosed shower, and are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, seating area, and flat screen TV. There is cable TV and fast free wifi.
