If you decide to drain your pool, do NOT drain it all the way. You should never drop the water below the skimmer or tile.

You can run your equipment safely during the storm for as long as you have power. We will evaluate your chemicals on a case-by-case basis next week. Please note, we may require you to run your pump 24 hours a day until the levels are back to normal.

I'm not aware of any changes to our invoicing system, but several customers have reported not receiving one this month. Check your spam folder, it should be there. If not, let me know.

Tiki Time is currently operating as normal. As many of you are home now, we ask that if you come out to say hello, you follow the recommended 6ft distance from Eric. We also are discontinuing the use of individual door hangers temporarily.

We will continue to evaluate the situation and keep you informed of changes. We hope no one is affected and keep you and your families in our prayers.

Pleased to announce we are now accepting Venmo! Several of you have asked to make this payment option available. We are hoping to go more in this direction to reduce the number of fees from paypal.

A select few of our customers will see a different invoice format this month. Our accounting software is offering an invoice function that we are testing out. Nothing changes for you other than the email address the invoice comes from.

Due to the fees we are charged for credit card payments, we do still prefer cash/check/bill pay, but for those of you that do pay with a credit card, you will be able to pay directly from the email.
