Technically difficulties regarding Credit Cards

*** Recent charge from Stellas***

If you see a charge that went through today it was because our system just batched all chargers since Feb 23rd. Our router went down then and was just reset this morning. So if you had used your CC since Feb 23rd you were just now charged for those.

We have had an issue with our West Bay 1 taking quarters and not counting them. Last night we were able to fix the issue...

We have had an issue with our West Bay 1 taking quarters and not counting them. Last night we were able to fix the issue. It appears someone had stuffed washers, causing the shoot to break open that counted the quarters, allowing them to simply fall without being counted. We apologize to anyone who lost money and will reimburse you. Please PM us here.
