We are a family owned and operated residential and commercial cleaning company. We offer a very detailed and personalized clean. We know that every home is different, and every client has a different list of things that bother them on a daily basis. We check all of the things that we can off of your list. What we offer for our initial clean is a fully detailed, top to bottom clean. Our goal is to make your home feel brand new again

We charge $70/hr for the initial clean. After that you would be quoted at a fixed rate. The initial clean will take longer but after that, most houses take us 1-4 hours depending on size for a basic clean.

Included in clean

-Dusting: All hard surfaces, ledges, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, wall hangings, picture frames, knick knacks, baseboards.
(Vacuuming/steaming of all floors included)

-Kitchen: Clean and polish all counters tops and appliances, inside microwave, wipe down all cabinets and drawers (as well as handles/pulls) inside sink, vacuum/steam floors

-Bathrooms: clean mirrors, clean and sanitize counter tops, bath/shower and toilet, sweep/vacuum floors and steam

-Bedrooms: Dust, vacuum (steam if hard floors)

-Laundry room: Wipe down washer/dryer counters and sink, vacuum/steam floors

-Extras (if requested): changing of bedding/sheets, laundry, organizing, side projects (possibly more depending on the project)
