I am the prime contractor preparing a quote for a one-time Air Force specialty cleaning project located at Tyndall AFB in Panama City, FL.

The scope includes:

* exterior pressure washing
* sidewalks
* gutters/downspouts
* exterior windows
* some interior detailing

Site visits are optional and full drawings/specifications are available.
