List of Services
General cleaning may include:
•Dusting (all furniture+surfaces throughout home)
•Kitchen (dishes, countertops, exterior of appliances)
•Restrooms (mirror, sink, toilet, tub/shower, floors)
•Vacuuming
•Sweeping
•Mopping
•Tidying (pick up toys, take trash out, make beds, etc)

Laundry Services may include:
•In home Wash, Dry, Fold (also offer ironing and hanging/putting away in home)
•Same day laundry pickup, wash+dry+fold, drop off.
•Two day laundry pickup, wash+dry+fold, drop off.

Pricing will be determined during your free quote appointment.
Several factors will be included into pricing:
•Size of home
•Level of cleanliness in home as is
•Distance
•Laundry will have a $10 minimum
•Laundry $1.50 per pound for wash+dry+fold in home
•Laundry $3.00 per pound for pickup and delivery same day
•Laundry $2.00 per pound for two day return
•In home laundry hanging/putting away +$3 per load
•In home ironing pricing depends on how many items need to be ironed

Hi, my name is Katelynn Key. I am a 28 year old mother of three. Born and raised in York County, I graduated from Blacksburg High School with a cosmetology license. Eager to make money quickly for salon booth rental, I started cleaning homes. I quickly fell in love with the accomplishment that I felt after finishing a cleaning and the satisfaction on my customer’s faces. After having my own children and truly realizing just how much time and effort it takes to keep up with household chores, I decided to start using my talents to help others. I have 10+ years of cleaning experience, I am dependent and trustworthy. I would love to meet you and begin to make your life a little easier by taking these time consuming tasks off of your hands!
