And with conjunction with Con Edison, we repaired the leak And was able to not have their gas shut off, which would’ve taken at least a few weeks to get turned back on and this was a commercial residence so they would’ve lost a lot of business

One of our repeat customers had a leak in her ceiling so we had to open the ceiling which was beneath a brand new bathroom renovated by a different company. We were able to determine that the leak was coming from the vinyl pan they put during construction luckily we were able to unclog The drain which avoided water reaching to a certain level to cause the pan to leak but unfortunately, it will keep happening if the drain gets clogged because the vinyl pan was not installed properly when the bathroom was renovated
