The Clearwood Community Association is a g

ated Home-Owners Association about 10 miles South-East of Yelm. Our community was developed by Weyerhaeuser Cooperation and incorporated under RCW 24.03 in 1974. In addition to our amenities we own and operate a large Group-A water system within the community. Our community has many volunteer opportunities as we are governed by a volunteer boardwhich is responsible for the oversight and safekeeping of the Community and its corporate assets. There are many committees that assist the Board in its function and serve the community as a whole. See volunteering for more information

Management

We currently have in place a Professional Management Team to oversee the general, day-to-day operations of the Association in its administrative and maintenance functions. This includes oversight of all staff, projects, and the coordination of various supporting efforts for the better service of our Members. The Management Team reports to the President of the Board of Directors and is responsible to the Board as a whole. [email protected]

The annual Garage Sale was a success. Thank you to everyone who participated. As a reminder, all items should now be removed from yards and the roadsides. If you wish to give items away for free, please don't leave them at the roadside. Instead please post them on a group page such as "Buy Nothing"....

ATTENTION: Please Disregard Recent Past Due Payment Notice Sent 7/30/26

Dear Clearwood Community Members,

We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the past due payment notices that were recently emailed to some homeowners in error.

Due to a software update, these notices were sent to accounts that are not past due. If you received one of these notices and your account is current, please disregard it. We understand that receiving an incorrect delinquency notice can be concerning, and we are truly sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused.

We have identified the issue and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working to improve our processes.

If you have any questions about the status of your account or would like confirmation that your account is current, please don't hesitate to contact the Association office. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued member of the Clearwood Community.

Sincerely,
Racheal Paige
