Hey everyone! The holidays are nearing, and I've got time slots/days blocked off for hiloday bookings! Ive openings all day on Mondays 9am to 6pm, and from 9am to 4pm on Thursdays!

Holiday bookings include:
Deep cleanings of all kitchen appliances
Cupboard doors inside and outside
Countertops
Inside glass windows/sills in kitchen/living/dining areas
Deep cleanings bathroom
Dusting in living/dining/kitchen areas
Sweep/mop/vacuum of all floors. (Bedrooms excluded)
(You must provide vacuum)
I will provide all cleaning chemicals/equipment needed *except vacuum* unless you wish for your own to be used.

All bedrooms/offices will be excluded during this holiday special deal! The clean will only be of bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room areas.

These bookings do start at a 4 hour minimum! I want to ensure I can get you the best clean possible, and that does take time!

Prices for alloted time bookings below:

4 hour slot- $120
5 hour slot- $145
6 hour slot- $175

Hey all!

I am going to begin offering move in/out deep cleanings!

These will be quoted and priced per job, not by the hour.

I am very detail oriented, manage my time well, and bring my own supplies!
Every inch of the un-occipied space will be throuroughly cleaned! Inside/outside of appliances included.

My only requirements are:

*That the home be free of big trash items (old tenants items) as I will not haul these items out or off the property. I will also not move them around inside the homes, as I dont want to damage any flooring. I will however pick up trash within reason and remove it from the property. (This must be discussed upon walk through.)

*That the home be free of roaches and bed bugs. All other common house insects I do not mind.

The cleaning service types I will be offering at this time will be the following:

1. A normal tidy up cleaning

This option will include
* Dusting
* Sweeping/mopping
* Vacuuming
* Clearing small amounts of clutter from counters & tabletops
* Cleaning and disinfecting countertops & kitchen
cabinet doors
* Making beds
* Picking up those pesky toys
* Washing dishes (by hand or dishwasher)
* Folding laundry
* Taking out trash
* Clean windows
* Clean base,bowl,and seat of toilet
* Clean showers and tubs
* Washing and drying laundry (you will provide the detergents for this)

2. A deep clean

This option includes everything on the Tidy-up list, as well as the following:

* De-greasing stove tops and inside the oven.
* Cleaning out the refrigerator and freezers and washing all shelving/compartments
* Removing everything in cabinets and drawers and cleaning the shelves/drawers themselves
* Scrubbing all baseboards and trim
* wiping down and disinfecting all walls
* Cleaning out trash cans
* Shampooing carpets
* Organizing to your liking
* Re-arrange furniture (if you wish)

For Tidy-Up cleaning I will be charging:
$30 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning.

For Deep-cleaning I will be charging:
$45 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours per cleaning.

All cleaning chemicals and items needed will be provided by myself unless listed otherwise.

These are the items I will NOT provide :
-dishwasher soap
-laundry detergents
-Vacuum cleaner

Hello all! Mid-summer is here! And we know how much of a hassle it is keeping our homes clean, especially when we've got kiddos ALL DAY now that school is no longer in session! If your household is anything like mine, you're constantly on the go with little downtime, and cleaning really becomes a chore list you don't want to do. Look no further! I'm offering deep cleaning sessions for a discounted price when you schedule a cleaning to be completed before July 31st! Book your session now to have the $70 discount applied to your booking, making your starting rate as low as $200!
Included in this deep clean deal will be 6 hours of work.
In these 6 hours, I will clean the following as time allows
*All baseboards/trim accessible and within reach
*Inside/outside of all appliances in the kitchen: oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge.
*Inside/outside of all cabinets. WILL NOT CLEAN THE INSJDE OF CHINA HUTCHES.
*All countertop surfaces will be cleaned/disinfected.
*Interior of windows (exterior only if they are the windows that pull down that are accessible from inside).
*Window sills and tracks.
*All surfaces in bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected.
*Dusting in all rooms of your home.
*Disinfecting high touch areas in bedrooms.
*Vacuum/sweep/mop all floors.

If I anticipate a clean will take longer than the quoted 6 hours, I will let you, the client, know. If you decide for me to continue working to completion, I will give a new quoted amount of time. Each additional hour will be discounted to the rate of $30 an hour.

I will provide all cleaning supplies aside from a vacuum (this is to prevent contamination/pests/allergens from entering home to home).
