Patrick has a little reminder for our residents this week! 💛

We all love getting packages delivered, but those cardboard boxes need a little attention before valet trash pickup!

📦 Break down and flatten all cardboard boxes.

📦 Limit of 2 flattened boxes per service night.

📦 Place flattened boxes behind your provided trash container.

Taking a few extra seconds to break down your boxes helps our valet team keep collections running smoothly!

With a nor’easter expected to impact Long Island this weekend, Sunday evening could be a wet and windy one for our valet team! 🦝☔

If you’re putting trash out for Sunday night collection, please help make service a little safer and easier for our valets by making sure:

🗑️ All bags are securely tied
🗑️ Trash is properly placed in or on your valet container
🗑️ Bags are not leaking, torn, or overweight
🌧️ Please avoid putting bags out early and leaving them sitting in the rain
🗑️ Your nightly bag limit is followed
🗑️ No loose trash or bulk items are left out

Following your community’s valet trash guidelines is always important, but especially during bad weather when our team is working through rain and wind to service every home as safely and efficiently as possible.

A little extra care at your door can make a BIG difference for the people out there collecting your trash. 🖤💛

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders and everyday people who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor their memory and remember the strength, bravery, and unity shown that day and in the days that followed.

Today we celebrate the hardworking people who keep our communities and businesses moving every day, including our incredible EVTS team. We are so grateful for the dedication and hard work they put in night after night. 🦝🖤💛

In observance of Labor Day, we are operating on our holiday schedule. Regular valet trash collection will resume Tuesday evening.

We hope our residents, property management teams, team members, and their families enjoy a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved Labor Day!
