Central Washington Pool & Spa installed a new pump & filter for my pool late in the season last year and closed the pool for me. This year they opened my pool while I was away on vacation. Their employee called me to let me know that the pool was ready for the summer season. At that time I explained to him that I did not know how to run the new system. He told me not to worry. He sent me a step by step video on how to backwash and rinse the system. I now have the video to refer back to when needed. Thank you Central Washington Pool & Spa for such excellent service.

I have recommended several of my friends to Central Wa pool and Spa. Joe has maintained both of are pools for years. He has proven time and time again to be dependable and knowledgeable on maintaining and fixing all pool issues. He works long days to make sure all off his customers are taken care of and treats all pools as if they are his own.
