Happy Window Cleaning LLC is an open-book management company its employees share in its profits. We are a Christian organization that believes that when people are led to become invested in service to others, they give their best efforts. We focus on residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and rain gutter cleaning in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area. Scott Britton is the f

ounder and CEO of the company. Scott has a background in Public Health as an AIDS Educator and is a long time Water Treatment Compliance advocate. He holds multiple certifications including Antimicrobial Remediation Technician and Occupational Health and Safety. Scott started in the cleaning and sanitizing industry in the early 1990s and built a profitable regional cleaning/disaster restoration company based in Ludington MI. Scott and his wife Cherie, relocated to Grand Rapids to launch the Happy Window Cleaning Franchise in 2016. Scott is the author of "Cleaning For Profit" sold on Amazon. Cherie Britton is the company Administrator, managing the day to day workflow of the business. Cherie is a former assistant to a Coast Guard Admiral and has experience with environmental law enforcement. She is a Juris Doctor and a current Officer in the U.S Coast Guard Auxillary. Cherie is also the author of "No sheep left behind" a Christian Treatise on Sheparding featured in the Bible. Her book took her three years to research and write. She wouldn't allow Scott to read a single page until it was completed.
