Manny was very personable and professional. He completed his work while being mindful that landscaping professionals were working outside during the same time. In addition, he gave me tips on how to conduct preventative treatment. And yes…arrived on the same day I called.

I recommend this company with high quality service The owner was very detailed with his price. No hidden fees. I made my appointment on 3/2/2023. He was there on that date on time. He was courteous to let me know that he was in route. He explained what he would be doing. He set traps in the right places. Place the black boxes outside. Referred me to another company to seal open cracks that he spotted. I didn’t have to accept the referral, however I did because I want this rodent issue over. Here’s what sold me. He sat the traps between 5 to 6 pm. The same day around 7:43pm …. the rodent went into the trap, and its life was over. Thank you Jesus!!! Mr. Manuel stated I didn’t have a rodent infestation. He’s keeping the traps down for a least 30 days. I’m enjoying my sleep again. Thank you for your great and efficient service. Your service was far and beyond. Who’s ever reading this review, I promise you will not be disappointed.Be straight up with what you want done. And he will explain what he does, answering any questions you may have.RJA Satisfied Customer!!!Monday 3/3/2025Today I got my three months general inspection. Worry free of bugs in my home. I’m so grateful to have found First Strike Elimination on google. I promise you , you will definitely be satisfied with this company. Great customer service, great detailed work. No harsh smells, only for the bugs. Manny checks for rodents. He treated my home two years ago. I haven’t seen not one rodentgoing on two years.

Chris visited my house to perform a thorough inspection. He did job explaining to me my situation. Chris has a really pleasant, honest, and trustworthy spirit about himself. I feel very comfortable working with Chris and the First Strike to resolve my roof rat issue. I trust Manny and team will perform an excellent job!

Moved to a new place and had wasp and hornet nests right above front door, but the apartment manager said I had to wait a week because they only came out on a specific day no matter how bad it was. I've never used First Strike before and Monique was quick and helpful. Manny squeezed me in same day and got rid of 3 nests. Definitely will use them for service for now on and highly recommend! Thank you!
