Year round, πŸ€Rats & 🐁Mice will be persistent at finding the best shelter possible. They have the ability to burrow dens in the ground, under rocks, logs and many other places. They seek shelter from People, the weather, and Predators trying to eat them. Shelter to create nests, give birth to offspring. Even cache food. Stocking up on things like nuts, shells, seeds, pet food, chicken eggs, trash. Unfortunately sometimes rodents choose this shelter in homes or businesses. Sometimes it's in the crawlspace, walls, attic, or spaces where you just want to hang out with your family and friends in peace.πŸ”πŸ₯©πŸŒβ˜•οΈπŸ»

Like this homeowners beautiful custom outdoor kitchen area. When the utilities were installed under the cabinetry for the sink and grill, lots of openings were left behind. After gaining control of the rodent issue, we came in and custom installed our 1/4 inch stainless steel screening to these openings. The material will never rust and allows ventilation and visibility to see if there is a leak. It can also be removed by another contractor for utility repairs. We have a background in construction and believe in all the trades working together to do what's best for the customer's home. We provide warranty on our workmanship, and are Licensed, Bonded and Insured.

We are a Local company based in with custom Solutions for Pest and Wildlife problems. We offer services for many other species like 🐜 πŸ•· 🐝 πŸ¦‡ 🐦 🦝 🦨 🐿 and πŸͺ².

BAT HOUSES. Why would you want one? First off, bats are extremely important to us. Not only in the Pacific Northwest, but worldwide! Bats are similar in ecological value to Honey bees. They eat TONS of pest insects that cause damage to crops and forests, or spread disease to humans. 🦟πŸͺ°
Some bats are also pollinators and disperse seeds, creating new growth in the environment.🌱🌼

Although bats are beneficial, they should not live closely to humans as they do carry potential health risks. πŸ¦‡πŸ˜·Habitat loss has forced some bats to move towards our structures in search of new places to live. Our strategies for removing bats from structures using Eviction and Exclusion methods are humane and non-lethal, in accordance with state and federal laws. Our sustainable Integrated Pest Management approach ensures that the solution to the problem is not only beneficial for the occupants of the structure, but also the bats and the surrounding environment.

Bat houses are a great tool in Nusaince Wildlife Control to drive pressure away from structures that were previously infested, providing an artificial roost. This bat house shown was custom built and installed for a client that has had an issue for many years where several hundred female Little Brown Bats form maternity colonies in the walls, soffits and attic spaces to give birth to their pups in the summer. We closely follow standards created by bat conservationists and biologists, to provide designs and installation methods that provide long term habitat.

Are you experiencing bat activity inside or around your home? Interested in a bat house on your property? Or are you experiencing any other Pest or Wildlife issues? Give us a call or visit us on the web! We would love to help you out.
Happy Holidays! πŸ¦ƒπŸŽ„

This was definitely the trickiest Sheet metal wrap we have done on a tree for raccoons.🦝🌲They were getting on the customer's roof and trying to rip off the tile shingles.πŸ› πŸšCustomer did not want to cut the tree down or use trapping measures on the raccoons. So we eliminated their only pathway onto the roof with a slick sheet metal that is carefully installed around the tree trunk with a functional gap for ventilation, and screws that do not pe*****te the tree. The metal is also adjustable over time as the tree grows. This was a fun one! Customer loved the way it looked.

We got a special invite to visit Happy Valley Bats today. They are a wildlife rehabilitator facility located near Everett, WA that specializes in Bats. Was very cool to see what these folks do, and how they nurse injured or sick Bats back to health. Then the Bats can be released back into the wild and control our insect pests, protect the food that we grow, and pollinate plants that we need.

Looking forward to meeting other rehabilitators, biologists and conservationists in the Pacific Northwest, and becoming more involved in managing the balance between humans and wild animals.
