Sing Sing Kill Brewery Beer Alert!!!

🌎EARTH DAY BEER RELEASE!🍺

We're excited to introduce our Fly Swatter IPM Pale Ale. We brewed this beer in order to raise awareness of the invasive species the Spotted Lantern Fly and its devastating impact on the farming community. In collaboration with Chimney Bluffs Hoppery and New York Craft Malt, we designed an old school Pale Ale using 100% NY ingredients. Think a classic West Coast Pale if it were brewed with Cascade, Nugget and Chinook hops from New York State. A portion of our proceeds will to go to New York State Integrated Pest Management Center at Cornell University in support of their research.

Please join us for our Earth Day Beer Release Virtual Tasting Party this Friday, April 24th at 6pm. We welcome special guest Peter Strom, local aborist, to discuss the insect and how we can all be citizen scientists in mitigating the potential dangers.
