A friendly reminder to all of our followers who use a water bottle, canteen, or mug daily: wash these after each use 🧼

Your emotional support water bottle is going to give you more than mental health help if you’re not washing daily. Water, especially stagnant water, grows bacteria. If you’re going days, weeks, or even months between washes with the same water bottle, it’s time to implement conscientious cleaning 🧽 Bonus points if you scrub all those little crevices, holes, & straws with a small brush 🙌🏼

We recently had a convo with a client when she asked me how often I wash my Yeti’s I bring to work each morning (I wash every use) & we got into a deep chat about how she is a rinse-out-with water at the end of the day & refill for the next type of girlie. This can cause mold build up that’s not always obviously & can lead to often sickness. Especially if you’re not leaving the op off for drying; She’s washing every day now 🤪 stay healthy friends! 🥰

Last month we took a drill brush & soap to these heavily trafficked wood stairs with clear runners. There’s still some discoloration underneath the runners, but it removed so much build up. Highly recommend a drill cleaning brush to speed up time when removing build up like this 🙌🏼
